CENTER ASSISTANT

Salary Range: $15.00 To 16.10 Hourly

       

POSITION SUMMARY

SUMMARY: The Center Assistant (CA) provides general administrative and facility support for MSEHS to include general office work, payment processing, creating warm, welcoming, and safe facilities with inclusive environments, and coordinating work with vendors. Other duties include implementing COVID-19 safety protocols, supporting staff with administrative duties, participating in program recruitment and promotion, helping perspective families apply for our program, and assisting staff with program-wide events.

FAMILY CONSULTANT / Recruitment

Salary Range:$37,000 Annually

POSITION SUMMARY

The Family Consultant (FC) works directly with an assigned group of pregnant women, infants, and toddlers and their families through weekly home visits to support and empower them in reaching their goals and preparing their child for life-long success. The FC is responsible for the planning and record keeping of visits and services provided, and works as part of a team in supporting program activities. Using curriculum and evidence-based tools, the FC conducts screenings and assessments to assist in developing goals and activities that facilitate the child’s developmental progress.
